Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives

- Conduct research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics

- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters

- Coordinate events and activations, including logistics, setup, and follow-up

- Manage and update the company's website and social media channels

- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics

- Assist in maintaining the company's customer database and email marketing campaigns

- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tactics

- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Creative problem-solving skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (internship or part-time experience may be considered)

- Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., marketing automation software, Google Analytics, Photoshop) is a plus
