Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts, track performance, and make informed decisions to drive ROI.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure effective product launches and ongoing marketing support.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance the brand image and identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition and implement innovative marketing approaches.
- Measure and report on marketing KPIs regularly to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in marketing or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns with a track record of driving business growth and achieving KPIs.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Deep understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing trends and tactics.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver results within budgetary constraints.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
